Conditions for making a railing for self-assembly.

1. The Ordering Party orders and the Contractor accepts the order

2. The execution of the order will be preceded by appropriate measurements by the Ordering Party at the Ordering Party's facilities and preparation of the balustrade design by the Contractor. The project will also include agreements between the parties, so it is very important to check the arrangements made by the contracting authority and the compliance of the project, because on its basis individual elements will be produced that cannot be changed / improved after their production.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:

 Execution of railings in accordance with the designs sent after measurements, and the designs approved by the ordering party and the offer with the oldest date (sent by e-mail)

4. IMPLEMENTATION DATE:

 The railing project will be implemented within 7 weeks from the approval of the projects and payment of the required advances / payments. Random situations are not the fault of the contractor and may affect the completion date.

5. ADVANCE PAYMENTS / PAYMENTS AMONG THE ORDER:

 I Advance payment to start the execution of 30% of the order value, not less than 350 euros

 II Payment of the remaining amount of the total value of the order - before unloading the goods.

6.Proforma invoice, drawings (designs) approved by the Employer, constitute an integral part of the contract.

7. The basis for recalculation of the offer (Proforma invoice) is the design made by the Contractor. The recalculated offer will be consistent with the facts.

8. The order will be implemented on the basis of a design approved by the ordering party, which will be sent to the contracting authority after the measurements taken by the contracting authority, the contracting authority is obliged to consult the project with individual contractors on its construction, who have an impact on the dimensions of the place where the railing is to stand.

9. The Ordering Party is obliged to inform about changes between the measurement questionnaire and actual measurements, if any. In the event of changes about which the Contractor will not be informed and which will affect the contract, the contracting authority will bear additional costs.

10. The contracting authority is obliged to inform the contractor about the possibility of entering the construction site or not, if the contractor has previously notified that he intends to come with the goods.

11. The value of all the Contractor's work related to the proper execution of the order and the materials used has been calculated and included in the pro-forma invoice, which is an integral part of the contract. Increasing the scope of work, changing the amount of materials used, changing design assumptions are factors that affect the price and are the basis for re-calculation of the order.

12. During the execution of the order, the Contractor obtains access to the facilities for a team of own employees, and all arrangements related to the preparation of the substrate by the Ordering Party have been completed. The contracting authority will provide the contractor with a parking space and a place where the material can be safely unloaded.

13. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for his own employees in the field of health and safety at work during the execution of the order on the contracting authority's building facilities.

14. The Ordering Party shall pay for the various stages of the Contractor's work and the Contractor will issue appropriate documents confirming these payments.

15. The Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 1-year warranty for the work performed and the material used.

16. The welds of the structure are visible. After galvanizing, you can see the place of welding.

17. At point pressure, the glass can bend in accordance with the standards - the deflection depends on the thickness of the glass, its size and the pressure force.

18. Defect invisible from a distance of 2 meters is not a defect of the product.

19. Until the Ordering Party pays the goods, the goods remain the property of the Contractor and are not subject to complaint.

20. I agree to photograph the object free of charge. At the same time, I consent to the free use for the purposes of RAPDACH Sp. z o.o. photographic materials while maintaining privacy and the anonymity of the owner of the facility.

21. The court having jurisdiction to settle any disputes is the court in Nowy Sącz.

Conditions for the implementation of the railing with assembly on the side of the RAPDACH company

The project will also include agreements between the parties, so it is very important to check the arrangements and compliance of the project because on its basis individual elements will be produced that cannot be changed / improved after their production.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:

Execution and installation of railings in accordance with the measurements sent after measurements and approved designs and offer (e-mail contact)

4. IMPLEMENTATION DATE:

The project will be implemented within 7 weeks from the moment the projects are approved and the required advance payments / payments are made. The delay in the preparation of the work front (place of the contract) by the contracting authority for the installation of railings, extends the installation deadline. Random situations are not the fault of the contractor and may affect the completion date.

5. ADVANCE PAYMENTS / PAYMENTS AMONG THE ORDER:

1st advance payment to start the execution of 30% of the order value, not less than 350 euros

II advance payment for the imported materials and the costs of the delegation of employees (before unloading the goods at the construction site)

3rd payment for completed orders (assembly) - payable upon completion of the work

17. The base for the assembly should be straight, otherwise the contractor will make every effort to perform the assembly so that the whole thing looks aesthetically. We do not take responsibility for the unevenness of the walls and the ground previously prepared by the customer.

18. The contractor places the railing horizontally, at the customer's request, the railing slope can be made in accordance with the balcony curvature. This must be taken into account in the drawings.

19. At point pressure, the glass can bend in accordance with the standards - the deflection depends on the thickness of the glass, its size and the pressure force.

20. Deficiency invisible from a distance of 2 meters is not a product defect.

21. The contracting authority will provide installers with access to a toilet and electricity at their own expense.

22. The customer or a person authorized by him undertakes to stay at the assembly site at the end of the works. In the absence of the Employer or a person authorized by him, he authorizes the Contractor to unilaterally accept the works.

23. Until it is paid by the Ordering Party, the goods remain the property of the Contractor and are not subject to complaint.

25. The court having jurisdiction to settle any disputes is the court in Nowy Sącz. 26. In accordance with point 17, the place of assembly should be prepared for the proper execution of the installation. In the event of situations in which an employee of Rapdach performs activities not related to the direct installation of Rapdach products, the cost of a man-hour of one employee, i.e. EUR 50 net, is covered by the CONTRACTING PARTY 27. The Ordering Party authorizes the Contractor to issue VAT invoices without the obligation to sign.
